ETL Balance | Yoga
Beyond enhancing flexibility and strength, yoga promotes stress relief through mindful breathing and relaxation techniques. Regular practice improves posture, balance, and overall endurance while fostering a deeper connection to oneself. By cultivating mindfulness and self-awareness, yoga empowers individuals to navigate life with greater calmness, resilience, and inner peace.
Yoga classes held at ETL Balance are limited to six participants. This small-group setting allows for a more intimate, supportive, and personalised experience.

The practice supports strength, flexibility, and presence, offering space to explore movement with awareness rather than force.

The Classic 26 + 2 Class
Every second Sunday | 4pm - 5pm
This is a set sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises, also known as the Bikram Yoga series.
Classes are offered fortnightly from 1 March 2026.

Yin & Restorative Plus
Every Second Sunday | 5:15pm – 6:30pm
This is not a usual Yin class. This 75-minute practice begins with a gentle Yang-inspired flow, before transitioning into a Yin practice with longer-held postures.

Every Second Sunday | 5:15pm - 6:30pm
