ETL Balance | Yoga
Move with Intention. Practice with Heart.
Yoga is more than just movement. It’s a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
Through mindful breathing and gentle awareness, the practice can help ease stress, improve posture and balance, and support the body in building strength and flexibility over time.
More than anything, it’s about learning to listen—creating a deeper connection to your body and finding a sense of calm and steadiness within.
Classes at ETL Balance are kept intentionally small, creating a more intimate and supportive space where you can move at your own pace and feel guided throughout your practice.

Hatha Fusion
Every Tuesday & Thursday | 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Hatha Fusion is a steady, mindful practice that blends traditional Hatha Yoga principles — including breath awareness (pranayama), asana, and mindful presence — with a modern approach to movement and functional flow.
The class combines longer-held postures with intentional transitions and elements of Vinyasa-inspired movement to support strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, and overall body awareness. Students are encouraged to move with attention and intentional effort rather than rushing or forcing.
Suitable for anyone looking to build a stronger connection between breath, body, and mind while developing both stability and freedom in movement.

The Classic 26 + 2 Class
Every Sunday | 3:30 pm - 4:45 pm
This class follows a traditional sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises rooted in the Bishnu Ghosh lineage — a system of Hatha Yoga developed to support strength, balance, flexibility, concentration, and overall wellbeing through consistent practice.
Many people may know this sequence as the “Bikram Yoga” series, as it became widely popularised under that name. However, the practice itself originates from the teachings and lineage of Bishnu Charan Ghosh, an influential Indian yoga teacher and the younger brother of Paramahansa Yogananda.
The sequence is practiced in a set order, allowing students to build familiarity, awareness, and depth over time. Through repetition and mindful effort, practitioners are invited to observe both body and mind more clearly — developing discipline, focus, resilience, and connection within themselves.
This is a steady, focused practice suitable for those wanting to build a strong foundation while deepening awareness through movement and breath.

Yin Yoga
Every Tuesday & Thursday | 5:45 pm – 7 pm
Every Sunday l 5:00 pm - 6:15 pm
Yin Yoga is a slow, grounding practice focused on longer-held postures, stillness, and mindful awareness.
Unlike more dynamic styles of yoga, Yin works deeply into the connective tissues, joints, fascia, and nervous system — supporting flexibility, mobility, recovery, and overall balance within the body.
This practice invites you to slow down, soften, and observe, creating space to release tension while cultivating presence, patience, and deeper connection to yourself.
Suitable for all levels and especially supportive for those wanting to balance busy lifestyles, strength training, or more active practices.

Flexibility & Core
Flexibility & Core is a mindful movement class focused on building strength, stability, mobility, and flexibility through intentional movement and core-based exercises.
Designed to support posture, balance, body awareness, and overall range of motion, this class helps create a strong foundation for both everyday movement and more advanced practices such as backbends, inversions, and arm balances.
By developing strength and flexibility together, students learn to move with greater control, support, and confidence rather than relying on flexibility alone.
Suitable for all levels, with options and modifications offered throughout the class.
