Her teaching is rooted in her personal practice and shaped by years of learning, self-inquiry, and lived experience. Nok has studied with teachers from Love and All Is Coming, along with other lineages she has learned from over the years.
Her approach invites students to move with awareness, curiosity, and compassion—balancing effort with softness to cultivate freedom in both body and mind.
