Muscle Control Group Fitness (MC GF)

A strength-based class focused on building control, stability, and overall body strength through intentional movement.

Using a combination of bodyweight exercises and weights, we move through functional movement patterns with an emphasis on technique, control, and awareness — helping you feel stronger, more stable, and move better in everyday life.

Classes are kept intentionally small (maximum 8 people) to allow for more personalised guidance, support, and attention to technique.

You’ll also have the option to join our Telegram group for accountability, support, and ongoing guidance outside of class.

Teen Gym Group Fitness *Starting 1st June 2026

A supportive small group class designed to help teens build confidence and feel comfortable in the gym environment.

We focus on developing strength, improving movement quality, and learning proper technique in a safe, encouraging, and fun way — creating strong foundations for both sport and everyday life.

Schedule: Monday3:45 pm – 4:30 pm

Strength & Flexibility

A balanced class designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and create more freedom in your body.

Combining controlled strength work with mindful mobility and stretching, the class supports flexibility, stability, joint health, and overall movement quality. The practice helps reduce stiffness, improve range of motion, and build strength in a sustainable way — supporting your training, sport, and everyday movement.

You’ll be guided throughout the class with options to support different bodies, abilities, and experience levels.

Schedule: Wednesday 12:00 pm – 12:45 pm

Football & Netball Club (Private Group)

Monday: 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
