Meet Nok.

Nok is a yoga teacher, personal trainer, and the founder of ETL Balance.

Her teaching is rooted in personal practice and shaped through years of continuous study, self-inquiry, movement, and lived experience.

Much of her foundation comes from studying with Talia Sutra and Tony Lupinacci from Love and All Is Coming, whose teachings continue to deeply influence her approach to both practice and life.

Through Talia’s teachings, Nok developed a strong foundation in asana, philosophy, and ancient yogic wisdom — learning to approach practice as a path of awareness, devotion, and self-understanding. Through Tony’s guidance, she deepened her connection to meditation, kriya, breath, and inner practice.

More recently, her studies with Daniel Rama have expanded her understanding of movement, the nervous system, awareness, and presence — inspiring a more intuitive and exploratory relationship with the body.

Alongside her yoga teaching, Nok also integrates the principles of asana, breath, awareness, and mindful movement into her approach to strength training and personal training — creating a more balanced and intentional way to move and train.

Her approach invites students to move with awareness, curiosity, and compassion — balancing strength with softness to cultivate greater freedom in both body and mind.

My focus is on promoting self-awareness, mindfulness, consistent practice, and cultivating self-care with love, compassion, devotion, and faith. I believe that when we follow these principles, we gain the ability to discern and navigate whatever life offers or challenges us with. By discovering and nurturing our inner wisdom and aligning our energy with the flow of life, we can reach our full potential and improve our health on all levels.

Through my own journey, I’ve experienced how supportive guidance, practice, and mentorship can deeply transform the way we move through life. Learning from people who had walked the path before me helped me reconnect with myself with more awareness, compassion, clarity, and trust.

I now offer 1:1 Mentorship & Support sessions as a safe and supportive space for reflection, guidance, personal growth, and reconnecting with yourself through mindful practices and honest conversation.
