Fortnightly classes starting Sunday 1 March 2026 | 5:15pm - 6:30pm

This is not a usual Yin class.

The practice will begin with a gentle Yang-inspired flow to warm the body and release surface tension, before gradually transitioning into a Yin practice with longer-held postures.

The class closes with restorative rest, allowing the body and nervous system to fully settle into a deeply relaxed state.

You’ll leave feeling rested, restored, and rejuvenated—supported in both body and mind.

This class is offered fortnightly and will be held at ETL Balance.

Classes are limited to a maximum of six (6) participants. This small-group setting allows for a more intimate, supportive, and personalised experience.

With fewer students, the teacher is able to offer individual guidance, hands-on assistance, and deeper support—creating space not only to practice, but to learn, explore, and connect more fully with yourself through movement and breath.
