This class is derived from Nok’s personal practice and her studies with Love and All Is Coming, blended with influences from other teachers she has learned from over the years.

Hatha Fusion is a traditional practice with a modern approach, designed to create freedom in both body and mind through a balance of effort and softness. The practice supports strength, flexibility, and presence, offering space to explore movement with awareness rather than force. A grounding, thoughtful class for those who wish to deepen their practice beyond the pose.
